Objectives
We sough to strengthen the early childhood development services provided by the Fundación Granitos de Paz in the Olaya Herrera neighborhood, through the construction of an Early Childhood Learning Center, serving a population that had no access to education and nutritional care.

Construction of the center.
Provision of the equipment and materials of the center.
Results
The Learning Center has the capacity to benefit annually 485 children and has expanded opportunities to their parents and families.

2. Increasing access to education and family planning services

Objectives
We sough to improve access to education and sexual and reproductive health services by supporting Profamilia's Mobile Health Brigades - BMS, which are aimed at young people and adolescents living in marginalized sectors of Pueblo Viejo.
Activities
Educational talks on issues related to sexual and reproductive health, prevention of cervical cancer and family planning.
Training young people as multipliers to replicate information of the workshops to the their comunity members.
Clinical-surgical services.
Distribution and supply of contraceptives.
Results
1,000 people were informed on issues regarding sexual and reproductive health through 80 workshops.
50 young people trained in sexual and reproductive health to replicate the information within the community.
1,053 medical services provided.
5,000 condoms delivered to the participants of the workshops.
4,000 brochures delivered to the participants of the workshops.
400 emergency contraception methods delivered.
