Build a playground for the Early Childhood Development Center of Yolombó.
Activities
Preparation of the architectural design of the playground.
Preparation of the construction area.
Construction of the slides, playground climbers and donuts.
Installation of tunnels, rings, handrails, mazes, spring riders.
Creation of footpaths and landscaping.
Results
This playground contributed to the purposes of the ECDC which is to improve the quality of life of this community, being a safe and pleasant space where children have fun, learn and strengthen the relationships with their peers, teachers and parents.

Contribute to improvement and expansion of the Early Childhood Development Center of the municipality of Amagá, benefiting a greater number of children.

Improvement of bathrooms and dining area.
Construction of pantry and bathrooms for adults.
Construction of kitchen with spaces for food preparation and serving areas.
Construction of 3 classrooms and bathrooms for children.
Construction of green areas, garden, pathways and access ramps.
Results
The Center is can better attend and contribute to the education of boys and girls in the region.

3. A New Home for the Girls of Fundación Formemos

Expand the coverage of girls (8 to 12 years old), living in the homes of Fundación Formemos.

Construction of an additional home.
Results
The construction enabled Formemos to offer basic educational and agronomy programs, as well as a new home to 48 additional girls belonging to internally displaced farmer families.

4. Strengthening "My First Steps"

Strengthen the early childhood development program "My First Steps" with a focus on its family oriented service model.
Activities
Delivery of educational and recreational materials for family and community gatherings of the family oriented service model.
Resultados
Materials and equipment donated by Tamarin Foundation allow the implementation of pedagogical activities during the weekly meetings with families accessing the program.
This model offers comprehensive care to early childhood in a family and community environment instead of the institutional environment, understanding the cultural and geographical particularities of the population living in rural areas. It focuses on the support and strengthening of the members of the family and caregivers to enhance the development of preschool children.
